Or next best. I should get my favorite musical, really, which was All That Jazz by Bob Fosse. The film probably most responsible for the freedom of style in the Hedvig film was this film, Bob Fosse, an autobiographical classic. You know, I never saw Multiple Maniacs. I think I need to get them because John Waters is a friend and I feel terrible.

I love her. In the mood for love. I know that everyone picks this, but the most beautiful film to ever be shot. Small and contained, and really you kind of can't breathe in these rooms when you're watching them. And you see these perfectly gorgeous human beings.

And yet, it says so much about people and power and how it corrupts. This is called The Red Shoes. This is a beautiful film. I caught it on TV when I was young, and they did all kinds of clever camera techniques to make it come alive. It's just a beautiful, romantic, visually stunning film.

Why tonightcalled a favorite or masterpiece · funny

All of it from top to bottom is it's just a brilliant, brilliant movie. And Albert Brooks is one of the all-time American greats of comedy on the waterfront by Ellie Kazan. Of course, like one of the canon, right? I went to Bois Catholic High School and we had this whole year of junior year where they would show us movies that had ethical issues. And then we would discuss afterwards.

I didn't even know how he did that. And coming out of the water where she saves the kid, which was such a powerful scene because the camera starts like in the water and then it comes out and follows her into the water. It's insane. The shots are so phenomenal, and he puts politics in it. And it's so full of Alphonse Coron.

Maybe when this comes out, I'll post a pic of Eric in that. Defending Your Life rocks. There's a scene in a comedy club in that movie, and it's shot at the comedy store. And I do, having started at the comedy store as a stand-up comedian before I was ever an actor, yeah, that's what purgatory is like, okay? I can tell you it is on the way to hell.
